Ann H. Eliasson

Ann Helene Green-Eliasson, 78, of Quincy, formerly of Dorchester, passed away October 21st at home being cared for her by her loving family, after a courageous battle with breast cancer.

Ann was born in Somerville, MA on September 19th, 1940 to Agil and Helene Christensen. She graduated Boston City Hospital School of Nursing in 1974 and enjoyed a forty-year career in nursing. Upon approaching her retirement years, Ann moved to Fenno House in Quincy and made many dear friends.

She is survived by her children Michael Green of Berlin, NH, Stephen Green of Ware, MA, Patricia and John Tuffo of Abington, MA, Lynn-Marie Green and James Davis, Jr. of Brockton, MA. Three grandchildren and many nieces and nephews. Also survived by her siblings, Donald and Judi Christensen of Danvers MA, Linda and Roman Zubrycki of Holbrook MA. She was predeceased by Frank and Bernice Christensen of Easton, MA, Joan and Frank Ahearn of Methuen, MA and Carol Christensen of Somerville, MA.  

Family and friends will honor and remember Ann’s life by gathering at Hamel-Lydon Chapel, 650 Hancock Street, Quincy, MA November 18th, 2018 from 11:30am  to 1:30pm.

In lieu of flowers, donations in memory of Ann may be made to Dana Farber Cancer Center or Quincy Animal Shelter.
