Anne Castricum Obituary

Anne T. Castricum, 87, of Harwich passed away peacefully at Cape Cod Hospital on July 1, 2021 with her Daughter at her side. Anne was born in Teaneck NJ the second of nine children. She was the Daughter of Leander and Ellen (Jenkins) DeCosta. She was pre-deceased by her beloved husband James R. Castricum; her Sisters Jane Rogers, Martha Gray and Margaret (Peggy) Arnold.
Anne loved life and was sweet and kind to all. She was a gift to all who knew her. Anne and Jim retired to the Cape in 1986 making their home in Harwich. They traveled several times per year exploring the US and abroad but always returning to their much loved home on Cape.
She is survived by her Daughter Deborah (Debbie) Castricum; her Son Peter Castricum (Joanne); three Grand Children, Joseph Castricum, Maria Castricum, and Matthew Castricum (Mairin) and five Great Grand Children Liam, Corlisse, Tiernan, Triona, and Anna. Brother Leander DeCosta (Angela); Sisters Mary Fraser; Catherine Gardner, Trudi Pier; and Judy Dette and many Nieces and Nephews; and good friend (considered family) for many years Bill Dette.
