Cathy A Culkin

Cathy A Culkin, 70, of Dorchester; formerly of Quincy, passed away on Tuesday, January 13, 2026, at the Boston Medical Center.

Cathy was preceded in death by her parents, Edward and Adele Culkin, her beloved spouse, Dana Gustafson and her brother, Edward Culkin Jr.

Cathy is survived by her loving brother, Richard James Culkin and his wife Barbara Bloom-Culkin of Quincy and her sister, Kim O’Keefe of Weymouth. She is the loving aunt of Allison Culkin of Quincy, Meaghan and her husband Dan McLeod of Weymouth, Sean and his wife Erin O’Keefe of Weymouth. Cathy is also survived by her grandnieces and nephew’s, Sean Jr, Teddy and Kennedy O’Keefe.

Dana and Cathy participated in a day program for cerebral palsy called United Cerebral Palsy where they met and eventually married in 1984 spending many years together before Dana’s passing.

Friends and relatives are invited to attend a visitation at 3:00pm-5:00pm on Wednesday January 28, 2026, at Hamel-Lydon Chapel, 650 Hancock St, Quincy.
