Christopher D. Goulet, 58, of Raymond, formerly of Manchester, died January 15, 2026 following a short illness. Chris was recently diagnosed with metastatic melanoma which had sadly advanced beyond the possibility of treatment.
Born in the Grasmere section of Goffstown, Chris was raised in Manchester where he attended public schools. He was well known and loved for his dark sense of humor, his infectious laugh, his love for anything with a combustion engine, and for his unbreakable bond with his family.
Chris worked for his family business, Goulet Siding & Windows, for several years where he learned the construction trade from his father, Norm. In time, Chris ventured out to start his own contracting company which he operated for a time.
In more recent years -and following the death of his beloved fiancé- Chris found solace visiting the ocean; spending much time there breathing in the salt air and finding his peace. He was an avid photographer and relished the times spent at his family home on the Merrimack River where he and his father would work in the shop on many Hot Rod projects over the years and hit the open road on their Harleys.
Loving son of Norman and Elizabeth “Betsy” Goulet. Devoted step-father of Tristan Stone. Dear nephew of Paul Goulet, Anne Goulet Mikolaities, the late Ronald & Robert Goulet, and Meredith, Bruce, Rick, Steffi and Jay Goodhue. Grandson of the late Ronald & Rita (Proulx) Goulet, Sr. Also survived by many cousins, extended family and good friends. He will be sorely missed and never forgotten.
There will be a private celebration of life in the summer where Chris’s ashes will be dispersed in his favorite places.
