Claudio Taddeo, 78, of Quincy passed away peacefully on Wednesday, January 14th, 2026, at the Blue Hills Health and Rehabilitation Center of Stoughton.
Claudio was born in SantAngelo in Grotte, Molise, Italy, to the late Antonio and Clara (Taddeo) Taddeo. 1He was the beloved brother of Mary Lorman and brother-in-law Michael Lorman. He was also loving uncle to nieces Jessica Burke and husband Keith Burke, and Casey Lorman and significant other Christopher Wilson.
He was a graduate of NQHS, class of 1965, and went on to earn a degree in Electrical Engineering at Northeastern University. He held multiple engineering jobs, and later became an on-call intercom and fire alarm specialist for hospitals and large companies.
Claudio had many interests, among them - music, traveling, photography, and flea markets. He was mechanically inclined and loved to work on cars. Claudio was well educated, an avid reader and could talk to anyone about anything. He was a devoted Catholic. Claudio was a kind and giving brother, uncle and friend to anyone who knew him. He will be dearly missed.
Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to the Funeral Mass at Sacred Heart Church in Quincy on Tuesday February 3rd, 2026 at 10AM. Burial service will be private.
