Cui Jiao Zhang 张翠娇

Zhang Cui Jiao, of Boston, Massachusetts, passed away peacefully on January 23, 2026, at the age of 92. She was born on July 10, 1933, in Guangdong Province, China.

Cui Jiao lived a long life devoted to her family and cherished friendships. She enjoyed playing mahjong and cards with friends and treasured time spent with her children and grandchildren. She will be remembered for her kindness, generosity, and deep love for her family.

She is survived by her children, Meifang Liang, Lifang Ta, and Wah Liang; her grandchildren Sammy Zheng, John Ta, Shirley Tran, Mechell Weigand, and Astrid Humphrey; and her great-grandchildren, Emma Ta, Owen Ta, Kai Tran, Bodie Tran, and River Wiegand. She is also survived by her siblings and extended family members. Cui Jiao will be deeply missed and forever remembered by all who knew and loved her.

A funeral service will be held at Hamel-Lydon Chapel on Thursday, January 29, 2026, from 9:00 a.m.-11:00 a.m. Interment to follow at Central Cemetery.
