Dennis Cruz

Dennis Cruz passed away on Friday, July 10, 2026, in his home in Haverhill with his wife, Laura and all his children by his side. He was born January 16, 1981, in Caguas, Puerto Rico to Marisol Nieves and Luis Cruz.  Dennis was a hardworking carpenter and worked for New England Outdoor Sheds in Methuen.

Dennis was a family man, devoted to his wife and children.  He is survived by his wife, Laura Cruz, his children Dennis and Brook Cruz, Anthony and Aleeyna Martinez, Jayden Gusoski, Stacy Herrera, Skyla and Shane Gusoski, Alyhanah and Isaiah Cruz.  Also survived by his three half-sisters, Jennifer Nieves, Jomaris Jimenez, Luz Cruz, as well as uncles and aunts.

Dennis impacted the world with his huge heart and generosity, trying to help anyone in need. He could make anybody laugh, he had a sense of humor that was one of a kind.  He loved dancing, music and was a huge fan of fishing. He and Laura spent a lot of time at the beach.  He enjoyed the sound of the waves and the peace the ocean brought.   Dennis and his family loved to travel and had many memorable adventures.
