Dominic DiPaolo Obituary

Dominic "Dom" DiPaolo, 85, passed away peacefully on June 11, 2026, at Beth Israel Deaconess Hospital–Milton.

Born in Boston, Dom was the proud son of the late Daniel and Marguerite DiPaolo of Quincy. He was the beloved husband of Maureen DiPaolo, with whom he shared a beautiful marriage of 58 years.

In addition to his wife, Dom is survived by his brothers, Ronald DiPaolo (along with his wife Suzanne) of Falmouth and Daniel DiPaolo of Quincy. He was predeceased by his brother, William ("Billy") DiPaolo of Quincy. He also leaves behind his sister in law JoAnn Eagle as well as many loving nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews.

Dom graduated from Quincy High School, Class of 1959, and later attended Northeastern University.

In 1962, he was drafted into the United States Army. He served honorably until 1964 and then completed six additional years of inactive reserve duty.

Dom enjoyed a successful career in sales and management within the cosmetics and pharmaceutical industries. He began with Olivetti/Underwood and later worked for Whitehall Laboratories and Yardley of London. He was promoted to management at Coty Cosmetics and subsequently held positions with Estée Lauder and Guerlain, where he had the opportunity to travel frequently to France. After retirement, Dom returned to the workforce as a Manufacturing Sales Representative for Seek Publishing Company.

Dom cherished time spent at Cape Cod, Rhode Island, and Maine. He also enjoyed traveling throughout Europe and the Caribbean, creating many treasured memories with family and friends.

Family and friends are invited to attend a graveside service at the Massachusetts National Cemetery on Thursday, June 18, 2026, at 12:30 p.m.

Dom will be remembered for his dedication to his family, his strong work ethic, his love of travel, and the many friendships he cultivated throughout his life.
