Edward Vincent Doyle, III (Eddie) Born on June 24, 1952 of Abington, formerly of Quincy, has been released Wednesday, April 29, 2026, passing away peacefully with his family and friends by his side.
Eddie was a wise, unique, comedic genius. He was an incredible guitar player, a master stone cutter but a terrible fisherman. He married the one and only love of his life Patricia Anne Bacci, the most loving, beautiful wife, mother, and grandmother anyone would be lucky to have known. He enjoyed a shave a day, paper towels and an odd fascination with kelp picking in Nova Scotia. Eddie had the most gorgeous blue eyes and a smile that lit up a room.
Son of the late Edward Vincent II and Cornelia Doyle. Eddie was predeceased by his lifelong love Patricia (Patty) Doyle and son Justin Doyle. Survived by his son and best friend Edward (Teddy) Vincent Doyle, IV, sister Nancy and her husband Alex Scharke of Quincy, brother Greg and his wife Jody Doyle of Cohasset and sister Joanne Doyle of Stoughton. Father-in-law to Tricia Doyle of Falmouth and Charlene Witol of Quincy. Grandfather to Edward (Eddie) Vincent Doyle V of Easton, Catherine Maria Doyle of Weymouth, and Charlie and Danny Doyle of Quincy and several nieces, nephews.
A celebration of life will follow at a later date
