Filomena Zaccari Mastrocola, of Dedham, passed away on Thursday, June 11, 2026, at the age of 86.
She was the beloved wife of the late Nicola Mastrocola. The loving mother of Phyllis Govoni and her husband John of Plymouth, Diana Walsh and her husband Bob of Dedham, Debra Curry and her husband Rob of Weymouth. The very proud Nana of JD and his wife Heather, Nicole, Andrew and Erica. Daughter of the late Maria and Giosue Zaccari. Sister of the late Rosario and wife Louise of Weymouth, Micele and his wife Luisa, Carmelina and her late husband Luigi, Lena and her late husband Sergio, Ida and her husband Tomaso, all of Italy.
Visiting hours, to which relatives and friends are cordially invited, will be held on Thursday June 18, 2026 from 10:00am - 12:00pm at Hamel-Lydon Chapel, 650 Hancock St, Quincy, with a Catholic wake service beginning at 12:00 noon. A private burial with her late husband, Nicola, will take place at Blue Hill Cemetery at a later date.
