Francis J Hubbard

Francis Hubbard, of Quincy, entered into eternal rest on Thursday, July 30,2026 in Quincy.

Francis was born in Boston to the late Francis and Ruth (Driscoll) Hubbard. He worked for the public works department of Quincy. He was a proud veteran of the United States Air Force, where he was a Military Police dog handler. He was an avid fan of all Boston sports teams.

He was the loving husband of the late Donna (Moffett) Hubbard. He was the cherished father of Mark Hubbard and his wife Jennifer, Michelle Gebhardt and her husband Peter all of Virginia and Robert Hubbard and his wife Kate of Minnesota and the late father to Francis Hubbard. Sibling of Stephen Hubbard, Robert Hubbard, Mark Hubbard, Cornelius Hubbard, John (Tim) Hubbard, Carole Martindale, Susan Hubbard and Nancy Keller.Proud Grandfather to Matthew Hubbard, Connor Hubbard, Lauren Ward, Brian Gebhardt, Owen Hubbard and great Grandfather to Sawyer Ward.

Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend the visiting hours on Tuesday, August 4, from 4:00pm - 6:00pm, with a 5:30pm Catholic prayer service. Interment with military honors on Wednesday, August 5, at 10:45 at the Massachusetts National Cemetery in Bourne.
