A longtime resident of Dorchester, born in Boston, Massachusetts on September 9, 1977, to his parents Howard Earl King Sr. and Aughtney Denise King. Affectionately known as “Lil Howard”, “Klunker”, and “LH” by “My Cousins are Better than Yours”. He was the middle child of their offspring. When he hugged you, it was heartfelt. He gave the best hugs ever.
Raised under the guise and discipline of the armed forces, he has traveled throughout different countries and within the states. Living in places most people dream of visiting, for example: Bad Kreuznach, located in the Nahe Valley of Germany, where he played Little League baseball. Reinburg, Germany, and O’ahu Island in Honolulu County, Hawaii were other places just to name a few. His military upbringing exposed him to diverse experiences and developed in him a spirit of adventure. Through travel, outdoor activities, and trying new things, he celebrated his endeavors, no matter how big or small.
Howard will be greatly missed by his family, friends, loved ones and his community. May he rest in peace!
“Alive, I am Christ’s messenger; dead I am his prize. Life versus even more life! I can't lose.” Philippians 1: 21-22 “Faith and prayer are the vitamins of the soul; man cannot live in health without them.” ~ Mahalia Jackson
