Judith Ann Fitzmaurice

Judith "Judy" Ann (Merry) Fitzmaurice, 87, of Quincy, passed away peacefully on May 23,2025.

Born on January 24, 1938, in Somerville, MA, Judy dedicated her life to creating a warm and nurturing home for her husband John R. "Jack Fitzmaurice, and their three children. She joins Jack who passed away in 2007.

Judy was a longtime resident of Tobin Towers senior housing in Wollaston, MA where she made many friends. Her greatest joy came from spending time with her family and fostering a loving environment. 

Devoted mother to Denise Fitzmaurice and her husband Paul Gregorio of Quincy, John J. Fitzmaurice and his wife Claire of Quincy, and Robert G. Fitzmaurice and his wife Kathy of East Freetown. "Nana" to Kristen, Ashley and Paul Gregorio, and Rose and Liam Fitzmaurice, and "Great-Nana" to Leah. Caleb, Tyler, and McKenna Gregorio.

Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend a celebration of Judy's life which will be held on June 3, 2025, from 3:00pm-5:00pm, that will be held at Hamel-Lydon Chapel 650 Hancock Street, Quincy, MA 02170.
