Kevin Richard Weldon Senior,84,of Duxbury, formerly of East Weymouth passed away peacefully in the arms of his loving wife of 55 years Cheryl (Ayer) Weldon on Monday, September 1, 2025.
Kevin was the son of A. William and Myrtle Weldon. He was the proud brother, brother-in-law and uncle of the late Billy, Arlene and Billie Jr. respectively. Kevin is survived by sister Penny and her husband Ray Cartier and sister Deborah.
He is mourned by his children; Hope Stanford and her husband Liam, Kevin and his wife Lisa and his son Paul. He was also loved and will be missed by his six grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
Kevin was a graduate of Hull High School . Early in life Kevin enjoyed building hotrods with his brother Billy and later restored his ‘57 Dodge truck. He was also a proud Veteran of the U.S. Army. Kevin was employed for many years as a maintenance machinist until his retirement.
Visitation will be held on Friday, September 5th 2025 from 10:00am until 12:00pm at the Hamel-Lydon Chapel, 650 Hancock Street Quincy MA 02170 to be followed by burial with Military Honors at the Massachusetts National Cemetery, Connery Avenue Bourne MA at 1:45pm.
