Marjorie Anne (Thomas) Lagerquist

Marjorie Anne (Thomas) Lagerquist,86 of Quincy, passed away at Hancock Park in Quincy on Wednesday November 19, 2025, after a period of failing health.

 She was the daughter of the late William and Margaret (Gibbons) Thomas. Marjorie is the loving mother of Lynda M. Lagerquist of Braintree, Kim DuPont of Malden and Richard Lagerquist of Quincy.

She is the devoted grandmother to Matthew Carrozza, Isabel Loicano and great grandmother to Emma Kerivan, Anthony Carrozza and Aubrey Carrozza.  She was the sister of the late Rita Vaga. She is the aunt of Jason Vaga.

She was a faithful member of St. Thomas More Catholic Church in Braintree. She loved music, dancing, crafting, and going to the beach, especially Nantasket beach.  Marjorie loved her dear cat, Pax.

Relatives and friends are cordially invited to attend a celebration of life service on Friday, December 5, 2025, from 1:00pm to 3:00pm at the Hamel-Lydon Chapel, 650 Hancock St., Quincy, MA 02170.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in Marjorie’s name to Father Bills, 39 Broad St., Quincy, MA 02169.
