Upon graduation from Quincy High School, Mark followed in his family’s footsteps and joined his father and brothers as a welder at the Quincy shipyard. He then joined the Army, and later began his career as a salesman at the Tom O’Brien car dealership in Quincy.
Mark enjoyed traveling to Ireland and visiting family there. His biggest source of joy came from Max “Magoo” his beloved dog. They were inseparable and enjoyed eating steaks from The Market in Plymouth together. Wherever Mark went, Max would follow.
Friends and family are invited to attend the Visiting hours for Mark, Saturday, March 22, from 3:00pm to 5:00pm at Hamel-Lydon Chapel, 650 Hancock Street in Quincy.
