Ronnie Lovejoy

Ronnie Lovejoy, 49, of Dorchester passed away January 29, 2020.  Son of Eleanor Lovejoy of Dorchester and the late Ronnie Lovejoy of Wetumpka, AL.  Father of Diamond Ryland-Lovejoy of Malden and the late Ronnie Lovejoy who passed away shortly after birth.  Brother of Eric Grace of Quincy, Ronnie Boswell of Montgomery, AL, Nicole Lovejoy of Lagrange, GA, Tracy Lovejoy of Lagrange, GA and Ronique Lovejoy of Smyrna, GA. Brother in law of Laurie Frongillo of Quincy. Uncle of Rashod Brown, Tyra Grace, Jawon Woods, Tasaria Woods, Madison Ellis-Grace and great Uncle of Kendrick Brown.  Nephew of Bruce Rose and his wife Cynthia of Dartmouth, Dennis Rose and his wife Jacquelin of New Bedford and Lorenza Lovejoy of Wetumpka, AL.

Ronnie was raised in Dorchester and a graduate of English High School class of 1990.  He worked for a time at Quirk Tire in Watertown and Dorchester Tire as a talented tire mechanic. 

Relatives and friends are invited to attend the visiting hours on Thursday February 6th from 10am to 12pm at the Hamel-Lydon Chapel & Cremation Service of MA, 650 Hancock St. in Quincy.  Interment will follow at Oak Lawn Cemetery, 427 Cummins Highway in Roslindale.
