Tim Hei Lau 劉添喜

Tim Hei Lau 劉添喜, 83, of Boston, passed away peacefully on Thursday, November 20, 2025, surrounded by the comfort of his family at Tufts Medical Center.

Born in Huizhou, Guangdong, China, Mr. Lau was the devoted husband of Fung Kiu Lee Lau. He was the beloved father of Tom Lau and his wife Betty Chou of Braintree, Jimmy Lau and his wife Nancy Yuen of Braintree, and Jeanny Lau and her husband Jimmy Murray of Rhode Island. He was the cherished grandfather of Aidan and Emma Lau.

Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend Mr. Lau’s Visiting Hours* on Saturday, November 29, 2025, from 8:30am to 10:00am at Hamel-Lydon Chapel 安泰殯儀館, 650 Hancock Street, Quincy. A casket-closing ceremony will begin at 10:30am, followed by a funeral procession to Mr. Lau’s home in Boston before proceeding to St. Michael Crematory in Boston. The interment of cremains will take place on Monday, December 29, 2025 at Pine Hill Cemetery in Quincy.
