Todd Anthony Goulston, born in Dorchester, lifelong resident of East Bridgewater, Massachusetts, died on Wednesday, January 15th, 2025, at the age of 63. Todd was a fierce fighter through many health issues of immeasurable magnitude.
Through life, Todd was an avid outdoorsman, passionate about hunting with his father-in-law and his son, fishing with his late son, and teaching life skills to his daughter. He loved riding his motorcycle and he promoted motorcycle safety and fought for the rights of motorcyclists as the District II representative for the Massachusetts Motorcycle Association. He took pleasure in weekends down the Cape with his wife and granddaughters. Todd looked forward to his yearly summer visits by his brother Michael Goulston and his nephew Kyle.
Todd was a graduate of East Bridgewater High School and married his high school sweetheart. He was an active member in the community as his children grew up. He assisted with the initiation of the HUGS program in 1995, with the goal of helping families.Todd was a little league baseball coach and volunteered to renovate the baseball fields. The senior league for 15 year olds won the Championship pennant under his leadership as a coach. As a Union Rep. leader for Shaw’s, Todd was an advocate for employee rights. Over his life, he had various work experiences, but was a talented carpenter and good at a great many things.
At home, Todd enjoyed watching murder mysteries. His favorite movie was Jaws. He loved spending time with his family and was a comedian in his own right, always able to make people laugh and smile. Todd enjoyed a good cup of coffee and a slice of pie.
Todd was a devoted family man survived by his wife Julie Goulston (Poudrier), his daughter Jennifer Rampsi and her husband Jesse Rampsi, and his son Matthew Goulston. He will be lovingly remembered by his two granddaughters who were the light of his life, Heidi Rose Rampsi and Alice Grace Rampsi. He was preceded in death by his eldest child Joshua Goulston. Todd is mourned by his brothers Michael Goulston and Troy Cascia, and his sisters Lisa Lynn (Goulston) and Angel Cannon (Cascia).
An at-home memorial will take place as an open-house at the family residence, 20 Hillcrest Rd. East Bridgewater, on Sunday, January 26th from 2-7. People are asked to stop by and share a memory or two. Todd will be remembered with a graveside service in the spring to honor his life and the life of his son, Joshua Goulston.
